A native of Logan County, Evan joined the law firm as Associate Attorney in 2023.  Evan’s practice areas include family law, including divorce, dissolution, and child custody, landlord and tenant law, and civil litigation including neighbor disputes, contract disputes and consumer disputes. 

Before joining Schulze, Cox & Will, Evan was an Assistant County Prosecutor in Logan County, where he worked in the family court, felony, and civil divisions. Prior to obtaining his law degree from Liberty University School of Law,  Evan attended the Liberty University Helms School of Government and was a Member of the University's Spirit of the Mountain Marching Band in the trumpet section.   

Evan now resides in Marysville with his wife where he enjoys playing pickleball, cheering on the Bengals and Blue Jackets, and attending concerts.
